This inefficiency is driven by conflicting schedules, excessive communication, and the complexity of coordinating multiple stakeholders.

To streamline interview scheduling and reduce recruiters' coordination time, Candidate-Self Scheduling was introduced along with improvements to the products overall scheduling interface.
