Recruiters and Sourcers were challenged with outdated solutions which lead to low customer retention and satisfaction. I was tasked to redesign the search and list page to help users manage vast candidate databases and find quality candidates more effectively.

Saved Searches: Allowed users to easily access their saved search queries. Search was re-positioned to the top-navigation which introduced a focused view by consolidating key search controls and minimizing distractions.
